Yes. Every order has a status (paid, fulfilling, fulfilled) on your Orders page, and awarded freight requests show in-transit and delivered updates.

The platform supports card payments and Mobile Money, with Paystack, Stripe and PayPal available according to the deployment and market. Checkout settles in the currency shown on your order. Cryptocurrency payments are planned for a future release and are not available in the MVP.

Earnings from fulfilled orders accrue to your ledger in the Bank section, minus the platform commission. You can request a payout once you have an available balance.

Yes — sellers can request a loan or insurance from the Bank section. An admin reviews and, once approved, disburses it to your ledger.

A buyer and seller agree terms (product, quantity, price) up front. Sellers propose contracts inside Messages; buyers approve them in-chat, and either party can raise a dispute for admin resolution.

Open the contract in Messages and choose Raise dispute. Our trust & safety team reviews it and resolves the contract as fulfilled or cancelled.

Register as a Seller / Farmer. After admin approval you can upload products in one of the Farm categories, set pricing, stock and a minimum order quantity, add traceability details and images, manage inventory, and fulfil orders from your dashboard.

Yes. Product listings accept up to eight JPEG, PNG or WebP images. Each image must be no larger than 5 MB and at least 800 × 600 pixels; the form validates files before submission and shows a clear error when a file is not accepted.

Yes. Register as a Warehousing provider and, once approved, add as many facilities as you operate across any country or region from your dashboard.

Approved partners publish the minimum they can support: financiers set a minimum loan request, equipment providers set a minimum hire, consultants set a minimum farm size, and couriers set a minimum tonnage. Sellers can see these requirements before submitting a request, and requests below the minimum are blocked.

Consultants are assigned to farmers by an admin and log advisory sessions and quality inspections. Each consultant can publish a minimum farm size they work with so sellers can choose an appropriate adviser.

Yes. Open Account to review the information collected during registration, including your business details, location and role-specific operating requirements. Update the fields and save; existing values are pre-filled so you only need to change what has changed.

Yes. From Staff management, create credentials for a team member, choose the access area and permission, and optionally set an expiry date. Team members sign in with the credentials you create, and you can revoke access at any time.

Seller, consultant, courier and warehousing accounts are vetted. You can sign in and see your status while an admin reviews your application; you'll be notified once approved.
